2009 was the second year for the Museum of the North Beach's
Chocolate on the Beach Festival. The Chocolate Festival is one of our major funding events to support The NPRY Depot Rebuilding Project, the building of a replica of the original Moclips Depot. This depot will be the new home of the Museum of the North Beach. You can visit the museum online at www.moclips.org.
Our second year's event surpassed our expectations - We anticipated 1,500-1,600 visitors and hosted over 3,000 attendees! Immediately following last years event, local hotel, motel, and camping reservations were made for the 2009 Chocolate Festival demonstrating a huge endorsement and commitment to return. We expect another 2-3 time increase next year in Festival Attendees!
The Chocolate on the Beach Festival will be moving to the
LAST WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY!!! February 26,27 & 28, 2010.
(This is to allow more Chocolatiers a chance to attend)

The Museum of the North Beach has a huge bake sale at the festival and
needs as many baked goods as possible. Can you help us with our bake sale?
