2009 is the second year for the Museum of the North Beach's
Chocolate on the Beach Festival.  The Chocolate Festival is one of our major funding events to support The NPRY Depot Rebuilding Project, the building of a replica of the original Moclips Depot.  This depot will be the new home of the Museum of the North Beach.  You can visit the museum online at www.moclips.org.

Our first year's event surpassed our  expectations - We anticipated 500-600 visitors and hosted nearly 1,400 attendees!  Immediately following last years event, local hotel, motel, and camping reservations were made for the 2009 Chocolate Festival demonstrating a huge endorsement and commitment to return.  We expect a 2-3 time increase over last year in Festival Attendees!

If you have a favorite chocolate recipe, enter our baking contest!
You could win a prize in several possible categories!

Do you know a chocolatier or someone that has a confectionery business and would like to participate with a booth, and/or enter in our professionals category? Let them know about our festival & encourage their participation!

The Museum of the North Beach has a huge bake sale at the festival and
needs as many baked goods as possible.  Can you help us with our bake sale?

Maybe you love chocolate and just want to entertain your tastebuds?

The next festival is right around the corner and we hope that you will be there!

The business owners in the communities of Pacific Beach, Moclips, Aloha
and Seabrook welcome you and your loved ones to attend this fun festival again.  Check back often for information on events, contests, raffles, vendors and specials on accommodations.
